Puddles followed me home last fall right after Lucy and I parted.

Puddles is a 1971 Harley Davidson FLH. She has just 20,000 original miles now, this is what she looked like the night I brought her home;




April 2006 was new paint month. Below are some shots of the bike without sheet metal and a bunch of other parts. Finally there are shots of Puddles back together - still have some odds and ends but at least we can ride proud now.






With the help of a few friends - Once again Danny, you outdid yourself. Dan applied House of Kolor's cobalt blue in a three part process. Included is a silver base with transparent cobalt blue and a final of candy blue. You'd think I like blue or something. Thanks to Psycho Dave of Powder Designs for the excellent work on my running boards and saddlebag brackets. If you need anything powder coated you have to go to Psycho Dave - custom colors and designs like no one else.
